EM-EM: MAKING SENSE?, 9th May 2017, 7pm, THECUBE

This evening we will be exploring our senses and how we engage with our environment through smell touch taste sight and sound.

I will be presenting my research into sensory perception, film and performance.

A multi-sensory, participatory performance and a feast, inspired by Jules Verne’s Journey to the Centre of the Earth. It’s taking place on 21st May as part of Open Senses festival, at Dissenters Gallery. More information on how to participate here: https://cinestheticfeasts.wordpress.com/2017/04/28/journey-to-the-interior-2/

I am working on a multi-sensory performance for 21st May, inspired by George Bellas Greenough (founder of Geological Society, London) and Jules Verne’s Journey to the Centre of the Earth. The participants will be taken on an adventure using various sensory triggers, to stimulate their imagination.
